Avis Car Rental

I have rented or at least attempted to rent from here 2 times. The first time I was there I showed up and they had no car for me but were able to make it right and I was able to continue with my trip. Last week I showed up after having a car reservation for a month and there was no car. This time that did not make it right and said sorry for your luck and waved me away. I would no longer recommend them to anyone and will never bring my business back. I had to call customer service to find out how to get my money back for the pre pay and the customer service was far less professional which it didn’t think was possible.

The vehicle i rented was fine but it was definitely overdue for an oil change (oil was black when i looked). I explicitly told the customer rep I wanted no additional services beyond the rental itself and they charged me PDW. I didn't realize it until after I returned the rental and got an additional $190 charge. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!!

My experience with Avis car rental has been all around positive. I would defiantly use them again. The gentlemen that work there are professional and honest! I was blessed by their accommodation toward my circumstances. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I wish for them the very Best!

I am in renting car for over 15 years and I have had a pleasure to rental car from many other car rentals in the area and most of the time I did end up buying rentals from Mr. Awad of Avis every time I rent with him, I have 100% satisfaction for the service is the price. Worst rental place. If you have options do not come to this place. The car was not cleaned between renters. It was showing change oil sign, so it shows that it was not properly maintained. Needed to add my own washer fluid. And the topping on the cake, they made us vacuum their already dirty car or they wouldn't except return or would charge extra.
