Terrible experience hands down. A representative walked me through the online process before sending me to retrieve the car I reserved for my business trip. Once, I arrived at the actual location, the lady behind the desk pulled my reservation and said that even though everything seemed to be good but she still had to do a soft credit pull.....after the fact that I handed over my bank card. I've rented cars for quite sometime and have never heard of anyone running credit for rentals. After "allediglly" running my credit score, the representative gave me back my bank card and told me I wasn't approved. I will never recommend this avenue or it's services to anyone....definitely a waste of time 🚮🙅‍♂️

When I tell you very disappointed in this rental company! My husband and I rented a car with Avis recently to go to my son’s navy graduation just last week Wednesday. This company did not at all check the car out before renting it out. By the time we got 2 hours into our trip so many maintenance lights came on. The left front tire was low on air pressure. The windshield washer fluid was low on washer fluid, the check engine light was on at the time of crank up! The change engine oil light was on, the car was even saying engine loosing power please see dealer, which to the best of my knowledge that particular light means the car needs fuel injectors! They overcharged me 3 days and also charged me $5.99 for a half of gallon of fuel saying I only put 23.8 not 24.3 terrible
