If I could give 0 stars, I would. This review is based on my actual, documented experience, supported by video and photo evidence, renting a vehicle through the Uber partnership at this location with an employee named Javier (who at one point told me his name was “Joe” and outright refused to provide it, telling me to “look at the receipt” instead). First, the fuel overcharge attempt: Javier told me the gas tank was “full,” but it was half full. He allowed me to leave with the paperwork marked “Full” and did not correct it on his own. I had to return, visibly upset, and demand he fix it, after which he physically corrected it by hand. I have video and photo evidence documenting both the tank and the altered paperwork. Despite the number of negative reviews, I’m surprised this location remains in operation. During a recent attempt to rent a vehicle, my significant other had a very concerning experience with an employee named Javier. He stated that the gas tank was full when it clearly was not, and he also indicated that my significant other had been entered into the Uber system, which later turned out not to be true. As a result, we lost income due to being unable to drive as expected. This experience reflects poorly on the professionalism and reliability of the staff, and it raises concerns about accountability and management oversight at this location.

Made a reservation at this particular facility, and was told that it does not matter. It's first come first serve. Javier wanted to run my credit card but prior to that I inquired if they still had the vehicle that I made the reservation for. If they did not then there was no point in running my credit card. Javier insisted on running my credit card before giving me the answer on whether or not they even had the car available. The one they did have available was given to a guy that was in line before me and was dirty and not cleaned at all. Although that particular client was okay with the fact that the car was dirty. I left out of there out of frustration due to my simple question was not answered. I would not even rent a single vehicle through this operation. This particular Avis is not

This place has horrible cars. Employees are friendly and helpful, but the cars they have are the worst. It ruined my trip with family. I picked up at 11am, After driving for 40 miles it started giving alerts like Check engine light, SRS Airbag system Malfunction, Maintenance required all these.. and also the tires were worn out. I was going from Upland to SFO and I almost drove till Valencia. I tried to switch by calling customer service they said I can switch at any location, but after reaching out to Avis locations they deny to switch because they don't want to take this car for their good cars. I tried Valencia, then Bakersfield, Bakersfield airport and Fresno. Finally at Fresno around 4pm, after fighting and explaining my situation to the employee there, she finally agreed to switch th

I came here for my Uber Rental. They wouldn't take my Chime so I used one of my other banks. They made me sign up with app and join their service and then said I'm denied. They recommended I use my Uber card. I'm confused. I'm wondering what difference an Uber card would make.
