This car rental place is amazing. I made a reservation while I was away on vacation for a car when I got back due to my car still being in the shop. When I got there they didn't have the car size I requested and upgraded me for no extra cost. The pick process was quick and I was out of there in minutes. Wally was so personal and nice. He made getting a retail a piece of cake. The day I was supposed to return the retail I called to extend my reservation again due to my car still being in the shop. They made the process seamless. Dropping the car off was just as easy as picking it up. And again Wally was amazing. I live in Portland and would come all the way out here again to rent a car if needed. Thank you for making my stressful situation not so stressful. Customer for life.

We had rented from Budget in a different state and quickly ran out of windshield wiper fluid. We stopped by this location to see if they would be willing to tip us off. They happily helped us out. No questions asked and got us taken care of with a smile.
