Avis Car Rental

Very Poor customer service. Closed Early was told I would have a vehicle, Phone calls ignored and routed to call center, as well as AVIS closed earlier then the advertised closing time. I arrived the owner exited the building as if I wasn't approaching and then proceeded to go to their vehicle and drove off. I received was a sorry and a smile. Easirent saved the day. A more reliable source.

Lovely Lady at the desk... in west palm beach, took care of about seven customers in ten minutes.She was amazing! The gentleman checking in the cars on return was equally nice and amazing!

Terrible experience. Got there late to pick up my rental. It said it would be $110. My total came out to almost $300 for 2 days which is absurd. The person at the charlotte airport desk told me that my insurance would only cost $30 and it cost $60 they also had a hidden fee of $50. I called them back and told them that the least they could do is give me my $30 back. They said "no we can not do this because you signed the paperwork" They had so many hidden fees and will never work with them again. I would suggest not to work with them either. The line at the airport took about 30-40 minutes at 11:00 pm. Just very slow and not helpful at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

The woman was not helpful and a bit rude. I was promised a Mach e over the phone from Avis. I told them specifically that I was using my bank card. Upon arrival I was told differently. Her attitude was not very helpful. I wouldn’t ever go back to this location.
