Avis Car Rental

Arrived to rent vehicle last minute because Enterprise in Wichita Falls did not have the vehicle we had reserved (reservation made one month earlier), did not even offer something comparable ! The young lady that helped us at Avis Wichita Falls airport was awesome. She was able to get us in a vehicle that day, even better than the one we had reserved through Enterprise. She was friendly, showed us all of the options in the lot, cleaned and prepared the vehicle herself, checked us out efficiently. WOW, what customer service. Very pleased with this company and location.

Do not rent a car from Avis .Jessica was the rudest customer service employee, I've ever experience and when Priceline called her she was rude with their customer service. Stay away from here. This place has truly earned every negative review and owner don't bother apologizing for the standard you foster at this place.

Absolutely terrible experience. I get here for a 2:30 pick up just to be told that the support person left and won’t be back for at least an hour. You know you have an appointment coming up so why do you leave? Now I’ve been waiting 30 minutes when I have places to be. Looks like I have to cancel the rental and loose $150. Going to dispute the payment and hope for the best. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

Went to go pick up car for my reservation and no one is here, nor can anyone help me.

I called this location for a 4 day rental. I was quoted 300 dollars and then I told them I was military and asked how much it would be with military discount. He said he already applied the discount. I asked I never told you I was in military why he already applied the discount if he didn’t know. The member I spoke with them hung up on me and wouldn’t accept my phone call. I waited a short amount of time and called again to no avail. Is it how Avis really treats members of the service . I ended up calling Avis rental located on Lawrence road and ended up getting cheaper price and great customer service. Stay away from this place…
