I’ve rented several vehicles from the Gordon Road office, and I have been extremely pleased with the folks at this Avis location. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and get you in and out quickly. The vehicles are nice, very clean and they have a great selection. Thank you to the team for their hard work and service! One happy customer here.

We are a local married disabled couple in our 50's and 60's. I myself is legally blind almost total blind. I sent my husband to rent us a car. Because our car is currently broke down. Which no one local carries the part. So we had to order it off line. Just because I decided to keep my maiden last name and not his. They refused to allow us to rent a car. Then we were told we needed a letter from my eye Dr stating that I am blind. It was an excuse after an excuse why we couldn't rent a car. Now after paying someone to take him the first time to go get it. Paying the person $40.00 and being told no. We had to pay a taxi $60.00 to bring him back home. After being offended and asked for a letter to prove I am blind. Plus moving money around online from bank accounts and begging people to help

Car was dirty. No one came out unless I requested to go over the scratches dings and dents pick up. There was a 16th tank of gas pick up so I had to go fill it up and returned it the same way. Computers were down when I returned the vehicle a day early and wasn’t credited for returning in early. The computers were down enterprise customer service quality control, multiple vehicles to choose from
