Avis Car Rental

I recently rented a car from Avis, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Luis and Jeremy. Both provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make the rental process smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to receive this level of attention and care, and I truly appreciate their help. Kudos to Luis and Jeremy for delivering exceptional service—Avis is lucky to have them!

I strongly recommend renting from this Winter Haven, FL Avis / Budget location. I have always been treated with an professionalism and kindness. If they didn't have a vehicle for me; the staff would assure that they would have me in something similar to my liking. Each vehicle was thoroughly washed, cleaned, smelled great and inspected prior to being released. And as I've sat and waited in the lobby to be seen; I've noticed the bad attitudes and entitlement of customers who come in demanding much more; than what they are willing to pay. The staff remains humble and takes it in the chin. "Keep Up the Good Work!"

Amazing service at Avis! Jerry was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He made the whole rental process fast and easy, and he took the time to make sure everything was clear. Five stars for the Winter Haven site! After being stuck on the phone with customer service for over 90 minutes with no resolution, I called this location directly. They cleared up my issue immediately and handled my return in minutes. The staff was incredibly empathetic to my family situation and made a stressful trip much easier to manage. Truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

Update: They have Hired more staff and I have take the employees there. They have reassured me that they are working on making things better and Sundays are there busiest days. Because I go to this location often due to work, I will say they are improving. The new employees are making a difference and it has helped a lot. You still need to get there early but I appreciate the staff for reaching out to me and making things right. Honest review. I have been going to this location for about a year now. This place has pretty good nice rental cars. As fast as customer service is concerned… it really depends on who you get. I have had wonderful and awful customer services. There is an older lady there and her service is NOT the best. If you go here be prepared to wait. My wait times have ranged
