My husband and I were not planning on buying a car but when the airbags deployed without cause and Chrysler ghosted us we need to find a car that was affordable. We were looking for a VW Tegan as we really liked the rental we had during this time of figuring it all out. The Avis car sales in Colton had what we were looking for at a great price and made an appointment to see the car. We drove 50 plus miles to see it. Twonya was a breath of fresh air and was so kind during this whole process. Buying a car always takes a long time but she made it enjoyable. I have been recommended this place to all we know and to ask for Twonya!!!!! It’s not a fancy place but it has heart 💜.

I went and bought a car today. Twonya Hill was very nice, she has a very nice personality. She answered all of questions and work with us through the process. I was very pleased with her and all the staff there. We had a very nice experience, we did not feel pressured into buying the car. Great Job everyone at that location! Absolute uncouth behavior from penny and sonia last night. I believe the treatment i received was a bit more sinister than just rude people at the counter.... please be careful and document the interaction.... Update: came back today to exchange the car and no one on the counter, long line and one budget counter open. 1:14pm
