Right now they are in the process of remodeling but even before that the place was always clean, the offer coffee and popcorn. They usually have newspapers or magazines to read, table set up with chairs to sit at. And everybody is very helpful! They did a great job rebuilding the top of my engine.
Attentive staff. Clean place, comfortable lounge area, and great auto work.
Service is definitely what it used to be. Priority seems to be sales over service. Also loaner vehicles don't exist anymore but 3-4 day for service because of "backlog" of work. (I suspect shortage of mechanics/service technicians). It should not take for days to fix A/C issues. A satisfied customer is a customer that will give positive reviews for positive service results. Step Up your game Earnhardt Honda !!!
