Avondale Nissan Service Department

I wanted to thank Shelby in the service department he was amazing in helping us figure out what was wrong with our vehicle and getting it fixed in a timely manner. He keep me informed through the whole the process and answered all my question. He is one in a million and you couldn’t ask for anyone better to do work with. Will send all our friends and family over to see him.

Took my 2025 Nissan Sentra SV in for its first maintenance visit just short of 5,000 miles. My auto lease includes 2 YEARS OF FREE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE so it cost me nothing. Michelle was my Service Manager and kept me informed throughout. All was well and they were quick. Very comfortable waiting area, too. Unfortunately, one of my tire valve stem caps was left off which I did not discover until I got home. I called, Service sent me the cap, and all is great! I would highly recommend.

First let me say that I have been a Nissan Momma for over 20 years and I don’t trust just anyone with my babies. Avondale Nissan always treat you like family, and keep you informed every step of the way while providing good quality service. Alfredo Enrique my service advisor, is the best and made sure my baby “Nissan Rogue” was in tip top shape before I left.

Great Customer Service Experience I was having an awful day with lots of small disasters, including going out to my car to learn it would not start. I managed to get it jump started and drove it to Avondale Nissan for service. When I got there I met Francisco in the service department. His kind gentle mannerism immediately changed my mood. He displayed the highest level of professionalism I had encountered a long while. I say this even though he was unable to service my car the day I brought it in, but he made me feel important and displayed empathy with me in a way one expects when receiving service. He called an Uber for my ride home and promised my vehicle the next day. He kept good on his promise and sent an Uber to my home the next day so I could pick up my car from Avondale Nissa

Absolutely amazing service! My car wouldn't start. Not only did the dealership come to where I live and jump-start my car, but they also updated me throughout the day on the status of my vehicle. Nissan also found other issues wrong with my vehicle and fixed them promptly. Nissan in addition to replacing the battery and fixing other issues, they also changed my oil. The car would not be ready until the next day, so Christian brought the rental vehicle to my apartment; his service and willingness to go out of his way remarkable. Thank you, Christian, and thank you Nissan for taking care of me. I have never received this level of service at any other dealership. You guys are one of a kind.
