AVW Offroad & Performance

I have been using AVW in Dallas since 2019 with no complaints. Did the original lift on my Ram, went back to upgrade some parts a few years after, and they just lifted my Tahoe.

AVW has been serving me since I found them in 2018.The staff is so amazing, very attentive to my needs. I want to give thanks to Craig, Woody and James and of course Lori for going above and beyond. My company purchased and had a camera installed back in March 2025. Everything seemed great on the outside until recently. I had an incident where I needed to retrieve footage from the camera, but it wasn't working as expected. I called to have someone look at it and was told they'll call me back with answers but never heard back. I finally stopped by and I spoke to Mr. Woody. He assured me that they would resolve the issue. However he informed me that they didn't have anyone in-house to work on the truck and would have to outsource it. I agreed to have my truck dropped off and kept overnight , but when i arrived the next morning to pick it up , nothing had been done to it. No phone call from the tech or company. I got a 6 inch lift, new 17 inch Moto Metal wheels and Kenda 33inch tires, basically the whole package. My truck took over a week (2-3 day est) with no call to explain anything, I lived with that. However, one of my wheels is losing the finish and I was told to buy another. Later told to send an email (by the mgr) with pics 10 months later (when I brought a friend by for tires and tie rods), I’ve sent two and no response. Find another shop. The work is good but customer service is nonexistent. Michael Brown

I had a great experience buying new tires here and having them installed. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. The installation was done quickly, and my car drives great. I would definitely recommend them and will be back for future service.
