I’m in Jacksonville for work and my starter goes out on my truck. Will was recommended to me by a friend, being an out of towner I was nervous because I knew no one. I’m so thankful for the recommendation because I couldn’t be happier. Called Will Sunday afternoon and he said to have it towed to his shop Monday morning (today). Well, I picked my truck up at 3pm after work today. Even got an oil change. I seriously couldn’t be more impressed. Fantastic customer service. Fantastic price. Communication. You name it. 10/10. Stopped in today to get my fuel pump looked at but left with a detailed full inspection with photos, great explanation and understanding and 0 pushiness to get things fixed/replaced! They give you up front pricing and timelines. Absolutely recommend stopping in for any car concerns, they talk to you like family and make sure you understand anything that’s going on. Let’s start from the beginning- when Will knew he was opening shop up out here, he posted and asked the community for feedback about what we needed. He was receptive to our responses, and explained why he couldn’t (yet) provide some services. He’s been honest, receptive, and provides realistic answers to questions. He offers a wide variety of services and the ability for him to come to you when needed as a mobile mechanic is a major plus. He is polite. He is prompt.
