I meant to leave this review sooner, but better late than never because this company truly deserves ALL the praise. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. They were quick, intentional, and genuinely willing to do whatever they could to help get the issue resolved. The quality of work on my car was absolutely beautiful—my car looks incredible, and I am beyond grateful. What stood out even more than the excellent work was the heart behind the business. This is a Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-filled company that operates with honesty, integrity, and excellence. I could truly feel the presence of God when I walked in. From the very beginning, Ms. Veronica was very patient explaining everything to me after I told her my situation. She answered all my questions even though they don't have my car yet. And after our conversation, I knew I wasn't going to call any other auto shop. This is the one, I knew it. The entire process was quick, organized and easy to understand. And the day I picked up my car, I was so happy coz her husband made sure to do one little detail that truly made it special. Some people will just go above and beyond even with little things because they knew it's important to their clients. This is truly appreciated! The work they did was great. My car looked brand new again like nothing happened. My husband and I were so impressed and grateful. Thank you so much! It was a great experience!

Great group of people. Dropped my car off for an insurance claim. Janie and Veronica handled the rest. They explained the process to me and were the go-between with the insurance company. They completed all repairs in a timely manner. Delivered a clean car that looked as good as the day I bought it.

I found A X.K. based on reviews. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Janie in the front is excellent. Honest, straightforward, and delightful. I came in for rear bumper work and they took my car immediately. I received three different estimates, and while they were not the cheapest (#2), their service sets them apart from the rest. When I tell you these people are a Godsend, they really are! I've never experienced such awesome service from a business such as this. Veronica has a heart of gold & her husband as well! They saved my vehicle from being a total loss after I received an incorrect estimate from Gerber & my insurance wouldn't cover the repairs. Veronica handled everything so well even with how busy they are. She spoke to my insurance on my behalf, handled my rental reservation, kept me updated on what was going on. I've been struggling so much after my accident but just talking to her brought peace to my mind. I can not thank them enough for their kindness & excellent work on my vehicle. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else if I have the option to always go here if I'm in need. I pray God continues to bless
