AXS Smog Test Only

Really bad experience. Bought a car, took it in for a smog test. After scanning my paper and running the scanner personal told me it wouldn’t pass I needed to fix a couple things. I left and soon enough he reported me and I was red flagged which means I now have to take it to a referee smog station to get it inspected. Turns out I was missing an air hose. Could have been considerate and helpful instead of reporting me. Come to find out I later heard it’s not the first time he does that. I’m guessing they get browny points for reporting people. I wish I wouldn’t have gone there but too late now. Beware! Definitely not a place that cares for their customers.

The two men here were super helpful. They inspected my car. Let me know what I could do to increase my chances of passing before testing AND EVEN MADE A HUGE EFFORT TO FIND A BUMPER FOR ME. They were calling different importers and what not looking for my bumper. Top of the line people here. DONT THINK TWICE ABOUT COMING HERE.

A nice young man runs his the shop. He is very kind. His passed and it use to be his. It was a very casual experience and I found that refreshing.
