Called and spoke with a gentleman named Steve about an older product Ayers had manufactured years ago, something I was buying from the classified ads and not directly from Ayres. Steve treated me as if I was one of their own customers, answering my questions and treating me with incredible courtesy. Excellent service here.

Went in to have new brake controller box put in after 5 hrs they couldn’t figure it out . They had me leave with no brake lights and they connected the brake controller box in wrong causing it to melt the wiring behind the steering column to the the 7 way . Then charges me 313$ which after checking my bank account was even more than that. I was not happy and do not recommend this place . Poor!!!!!

Over the past 15 years I've bought two different fiberglass covers from them. Sales, service, installation= A++++ Just remember these guys do a very "good job and are very busy so if you drop by for something complicated, it may take a while. That being said, the wait is worth it and their workmanship is top notch.

Great place in the Beaumont area to get your truck accessories! They have bed covers of several different makes, running boards, grill guards, camper tops, and many other items you may like for your truck! The people here are all very friendly and helpful. They can help you find what you want and explain any questions you may have about operation, fit, etc... I had running boards and a Retrax bed cover put on my new truck and they really did a great job on the installation and I love the way everything looks and fits!!!
