Being a female with no knowledge of vehicles what so ever im always hesitant about goin to a auto repaur place alone cs they usually try to get over on u about things unnecessarily needed bt not at AYT. The customer service here is great. From the workers to management are always friendly an helpful. Eryone in there always always try to assist u as much as possible. Jimmy tries his best to accommodate u an answer any questions u may have. They have never tried to get an extra buck out of me. They try to have u in an out in the same day. They always honest an up front with you about every step of ur work from the time u walk in to the them u pay them..I've been going to them for over 5 yrs an not one time had a problem with. communication nor a problem with their work..

I saw that AYT Auto Service Center had great Google ratings and reviews so I called to schedule a visit for a second opinion on a diagnosis received from another auto service. Jamie was very pleasant and told me to come right in. Ken was an excellent resource. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I was too. He and his mechanic were thorough in inspecting the issue I was told existed and thankfully they found that there was in fact no issue and showed me the area in question. I appreciate the time they took with me ensuring that I was well-informed. When arriving, most will likely realize you have driven by and never took notice of the location. I have already recommended several family members and friends to consider AYT for their needs. I will be a repeat customer for futur

These are a bunch of very disrespectful rogues at the Upper Marlboro branch. They failed my inspection for irrelevant things just to make money & very rude on top of it.

I will be taking my car here for absolutely everything going forward! Everyone who works there is amazing, professional and has integrity. I had my damaged side view mirror replaced this morning and it was done quickly and for a great price. While I waited I overheard the great customer service Ken provided to other customers, so impressed how genuinely he seemed to care about each person's problem. I also love that it's a family and veteran owned business!

I’ve been complaining about not trusting my brakes for some months now to another shop because something wasn’t right and my car wasn’t braking properly. I almost rear ended a person going 50 mph. The other shop kept telling me they tried to make my car do what I was saying and nothing. I travel a lot for the military so I felt that I needed to find help elsewhere and not a dealer because they would’ve kept my car for days! Today was my first time at AYT and I’m beyond happy I decided to give it a try! They figured out what was wrong with my car within about 30 mins and even showed me. They did all the work same day too! The staff here is extremely friendly and the pricing is reasonable as well! All and all, I’ve gotten my confidence back on the road now! Thank you again AYT.
