AZ Tech Smog Check

Raul ramirez is the tech at this shop , this guy gets in my car sees the check engine light on and still proceeds to smog the car knowing that it will not pass, legally he cant do that and I tried to call him back and just never answers. Poor character this man carries around ,he must really need those 40 dollars to be put here scamming hard working people

Too tight to get in and out for my taste. Offers a discount after a the first retry which is still quite expensive. Only good if you know that your vehicle will pass smog on the first try

So today I decided to take my car for a simple smog. Turns out my car is too low which is fine, I totally understand, however the customer service from Raul was poor and unprofessional very very bad attitude almost like if hes having a bad day who knows but there is different ways of treating a customer without being a smart a*%!! If you have personal problems it is NOT OK to take it out on your customers, keep your personal stuff at home and provide above and beyond service at your location. This is the kind of service that makes people walk away and never come back. If you want more details feel free to ask away I'm open. I went in for a smog on 4/15/2025 early morning. Walked in the office and waited for a while. After a few minutes, Raul stepped into the office and I greeted him. Told Raul that I'm here for a smog check and everything went okay. I gave him all my paperwork and mentioned I had a coupon for $39.75 which is on his website. His attitude shifted, was a bit rude and asked for my keys. Told me it’s going to take 15 minutes. No other customer or vehicle was there. It took longer than 15 mins and after a while, he popped in the office. Told me that the car wont pass because my computer and obd wasn’t ready. Gave me a suggestion to drive my car for 30 miles to reset the computer. I drove less than 5 miles down the street to get gas. Came back and he ran the test again. This time the car passes and
