Great costumer service, price ok but most important at least for me its, they can find best quality parts available, and many original supplies from factory cars. Also they do the best to find hard to find parts. I personally do a lot business with them and when my costumers whant to buy they own parts I recommended this auto parts

Back from Florida, driving, needed to take care of my car. Purchase a $13. Dollar item paid with a $50. Later I realized my change was wrong. Call them, explain that I believed my change was wrong and this is their response: "We are family, nobody will do that, and we can not check if it happened we don't know" then hang up. I think I am right, but I could be wrong. All I needed was just a polite answer yes or no. I will try my best to avoid going to that store again.

The building is mostly employee access only, no isles to look for bolts or special door panel clips, so only 4 stars. Not crowded, counter help is fast and knowledgeable. If you're in a hurry, go here.
