I went to their location in Beverly on Chestnut St. for an oil change. They noticed my oil pan was rusted and needed replacement so I had them do that too. Hernani was fantastic - he was able to get me in quickly and provided excellent customer service. He even pointed out an issue they discovered with a belt installed by a different shop and I was able to take it back to that shop and get it repaired under warranty.

Got my Honda accord fixed there 1- so nice called them couple times felt like pain but never once did Alex seem annoyed or mad was more then happy to help 2- price was so less then what I thought real deal fact he was honest and didn’t just start doing things without me knowing and making me pay a lot of money 3- car is great so I would definitely recommend for a overall kind person plus price can’t go wrong
