This was my first experience at B & B auto and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the repairs made, and the friendly service.

I previously left a negative review because they completed an incorrect service following a simple communication issue. I take it all back. I had my vehicle towed to this shop after the serpentine belt snapped. They completed the work very quickly, very well, and at an extremely good price. I can't thank these guys enough.

This was my first time not going to the dealer as my warranty has expired. Don and Brian were amazing and kept me informed with updates and options. In the end, I got better parts than the dealer would have used and I saved $305!

We are new to Marlborough and so based on the reviews, took our car to B & B. Brian was extremely helpful and friendly. Talk about honest too, took our second hand recently purchased vehicle to them to get a lot of neglected maintenance done, that the previous owner didn't do. The price was extremely reasonable and considering the list of stuff that had to be done, it was completed in a timely manner .... also told us of another issue with our car that we will try to get the dealer we purchased from to repair. We have found a new doctor for our car, and will be definitely going back! Thanks for the great service! Will be definitely recommending you all to my friends and coworkers.

If anyone needs car repairs done you must go to B&B auto on Lacombe street in Marlboro. They are very professional, trustworthy and do a great job. I highly recommend them. They are now my go to after dealing with others in the past that were not.reasonable or a pleasure to deal with!
