My first long distance auto purchase was seamless. They sent me multiple video's of the car as well as a lot of pictures, there were no surprises when I received it. They took care of everything even the shipping to Ohio.

Working with Dirk and his team has been a great experience. We have lost customer service since COVID, that is not the case with B&B Auto Sales. They returned text and emails promptly and always friendly. The most important quality to mention, is their honesty. I would buy another vehicle from them and would not have any reservation recommending them to friends and family. It's good to know that there are still companies that care about their customers.

I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from B&B Auto. They are a trusted business in my eyes. My dad always bought his cars there and so does my husband. They made the buying experience very easy and comfortable. After purchasing the Chevy truck, I noticed the screen for the “infotainment” didn’t work properly, without question or hesitation, Ryan said he’d take care of it. I saw B&B’s add for a 69 Charger R/T on a Sunday Morning, by Tuesday evening I had looked at the car and closed the deal. Through emails, phone calls and visit, Dirk was helpful and generous with his time and knowledge. Dirk was excellent at knowing the details of classic cars and made my visit relaxed and enjoyable. The sale, transaction was uncomplicated, and efficient. Dirk arranged to have the Charger shipped to me in Georgia and I am awaiting its arrival.
