Number of times for information and some parts they’re very reliable and friendly. We’ll go back there again. today I went back to B&B to see if I can get them to lift my new AC unit up on the roof and take the old one off a pretty simple job. It seems to me that the owner was working on his bus, so no school bus running it to a camper. He was very rude and want to give me the time of day. I doubt if I will ever go back there to buy anything and I would highly not recommend this guy. He’s a really, he’s a real jerk.

This is the best place to get your RV worked on, Hands down!!! We had trouble with the dealership slow walking us so we called B and B. We dealt with them before, always with a good result. This time was phenomenal!!! They are knowledgeable and very friendly.

I’d love to be writing a glowing review, because it seems like Cheify, the owner, is a great guy, very friendly and personable. Slipshod, shoddy, indifferent, incomplete - these are the words that best describe their “efforts.” To start - the good: Chiefy came to our house, took a look at our trailer (which had been sitting for five years) and said we had a hole in the roof from a fallen branch and he said it would cost about $2,000 - $2,500 to fix. Reader, it did not - it ended up costing $3,000, or as he put it “Just what I said it would cost.” Ummm, what?? We explained we were going full time and wanted EVERYTHING checked out COMPLETELY because again. He said he’d test “all the systems,” and we felt confident we were in good hands. In the end, he fixed the roof, installed new tires

If I didn’t need the parts for our water heater so bad I would have ordered them from Amazon and saved myself $33.00. Amazon price $9.99, B & B price $43.00. I understand needing to cover operating expenses but this type of markup should be illegal.

Had a problem with our water heater, and B & B managed to get it in and work on it with in 48 hours as we were about to leave on a trip. They had it operational in under 2 days and we was able to make the trip in comfort as a result. There was a problem with the new board he installed though, it keep the fault light lite constantly. After our trip I brought it back to them, and they stood by their work, isolated it to bad replacement board, and replaced it no out of pocket on my side. While the board was likely covered as it was new, his time and labor was not but he stood by his work. Overall highly recommended, the initial work was reasonably priced and he stood by his work, as well as working with me to get it in quickly and fixed.
