B & B Tire Transport

I drove my 2004 Honda Odyssey up over a curb that I did not see as it was a very dark parking lot!! The front left tire went flat immediately! The next morning I called B and B Transport to see if I could get help with the tire!! I called Matt at around 8 a.m. and by 10:00 he and a technician had the tire diagnosed and off the van on their way to the shop to order a new tire!! Matt had already given me the options of the costs that could possibly be incurred! I felt the fees were beyond reasonable for everything they had to do! Matt called me at about 2:30 to let me know my van was ready! I gave him my financial information over the phone and went to pick up my van!! Everything was so easy, professional and so well done!! Best service I have ever received. Called and order the tires, set the appointment and showed up job finished in no time. Best prices I could find on tires. Hands down would recommend anyone to them.

First time using this establishment and was very impressed! The owner was super nice, great customer service skills, very welcoming. They took care of me in a very timely manner and the prices were very fair! I will be a returning customer for sure!
