This is the most honest and fair auto repair company I have ever experienced. Over the past 15 years, we have had 6 different cars serviced ranging from electrical, transmission, engine tuning, headlight replacement, brake repair/replacement and every time the services were reasonably priced and high quality. In a few cases, my dealer said I needed a repair and after they inspected the issue they confirmed the repair was not necessary. These guys are the best!

This was my 2nd service here and I am so impressed with the team. I love the communication and proactive action they took just for me. I called because I needed a battery. They ordered the battery, and I didn't have to leave my car and incur an expense for uber for a ride to work. This place is superior in customer experience and car care.

I started bringing my car to this body shop and had a couple of repairs that went fine at first, but my experience quickly went downhill when I tried to use my warranty. My warranty company wanted to send the part directly to the shop for them to install, but the shop refused to accept it. Instead, they insisted on buying the part themselves and charged me the full dealer price, even though it was clear they bought it elsewhere at a lower cost. When I questioned this, they admitted that they “had to make money off the part,” which didn’t sit right with me — especially since they wouldn’t provide a receipt for where they purchased it. i am very happy with the work B & C did on my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop. Take your vehicles here. They were honest about the repair and kept me informed. They handled the warranty paperwork and guaranteed the repair. Its hard to find an honest shop these days. I knew what needed to be done with my vehicle prior to taking it there. I knew the error code and they diagnosed it exactly. They did not try to do unnecessary repairs. They even told me if the error comes back to bring it in.
