I would give zero stars if possible. We had a very unpleasant and costly experience with this shop. They were not transparent regarding charges. Our son was in an accident near Albion, two hours away from home. Our car was towed to the body shop after I talked with the owner. A couple of days after the accident, a tentative bid was provided and we determined the car was not worth fixing. At that time, I asked the owner over the phone if we could leave the car there a few days until we could make arrangements for the vehicle. He stated that was absolutely fine. At no point did he say that there would be a charge or cost for parking the car in the lot. We made arrangements to sell the car and have it towed. When the tow truck showed up they would not release the car as they stated that the
