Paid cash for a Toyota. Sales person was Mike Toscano. The first week I was unable to keep water in the radiator. Second week, found out it had a blown head gasket. Repair would be more than the value of the car. Talked to Mike who said he should have driven the car before he sold it. I decided to cut my loss and take it to the pick-n-pull. Pick-n-pull would not take it until I had the title. The registration had been sent in late so I ended up waiting extra time for the title. This left a broken car in front of my house for two months before I could get rid of it. The loss of cash hurt and a broken car in front of my house was a daily frustration.

Though the purchase experience was very friendly and kind, I was sent out with papers and told I could register the vehicle only to be informed that it was the dealers responsibility to provide a temporary tag by law within 48 hours. I received the tag 4 days after I had to contact and threaten to report. A few days after the tag expired I received my plates after having to mail back a form that should of been signed on purchase. A dealer with this experience should know the laws and how to make legal sales. We are 2 months after the cash purchase and no title yet, told the state will mail it... I love the truck bought as is with some issues, nothing huge. but the chasing documents and the lack of clear communication has left me extremely unsatisfied with the whole situation...
