B & K Car Wash

I have been here numerous times as it’s just a few blocks from me. Never had any issues or problems. Staff is always friendly and helpful if needed. I will note I went in 2/27 and it was packed. We prob were in line 15/20 mins for a wash. No biggie, it was a nice day. I don’t know how on a busy day, how accurate your wash is. I paid $15 for the premium wash that comes with a wheel blast and shine. At other locations as well as previous washes at B&K, I know a tire shine looks like. After this wash, I do not see this as a tire shine and I’ve had better washes here previously as well as other car washes. The entire back of the car didn’t get the foamy pre wash brush (by the employee) so it’s still dirty, ugh. Not sure I’ll be back with inconsistent service. Side note - they do have free v

Got here they close at 8. I got here at 7:20. All of the vacuums are off. I like to vacuum before I was my car. I'll be going somewhere else.

Went to get car wash, paid for foam brush services didn’t get the service, the Husky black guy today didn’t know his name, he didn’t greet me or help me to understand how the services work here at the car wash it’s my first time here, not very friendly or helpful to the business. customer service needs training and improvement. He gave me a lazy 2 sec quick brush on windshield then let me go into the car wash. I did not get what I paid for, wheels are still dirty. I gave 2 stars because of the free vacuum. Highly disappointed, I will not be back if I have to get the lazy worker again.

This is my 2nd time here and I'm MUCH MORE satisfied with this wash than the super express on McCart... It is NOT super at all, don't go there. Their management cheats you. THIS place, however, has left my car much cleaner and the service techs were more WILLING to help when I pulled up. I think I found my new car wash. The prices are fair also.

Don't waste your money or time going to this place. I paid for a car wash and wheel shine. After leaving I examined my car and the wheels had no shine. I complained to the car attendant who stated I needed a receipt. I explained I wasn't given one and asked for the manager. He very rudely told me the manager wasn't in but it didn't matter because he would tell me the same thing. I informed him I would NEVER do busy with them again. If this is how you treat customers you don't deserve to be in business. And I WILL NOT patronize any establishment where poor customer service is served. B&K Car Wash apparently isn't aware that several competitors have opened car washers in the area. I will take my business to them and I encourage others to do the same. As well as file a complaint with the Bett
