My family has been going there for years. Face ALWAYS worked magic, and ALWAYS presented me with a repaired vehicle ahead of the promised time. SO MANY TIMES my mother would go in with as concern, and instead of draining her back account the bill total was $0.00. The BEST THING Dave has done for me is allowing me to pick his brain asking questions . I HATE shopping for vehicles. I would call Dave, he would tell me the rating of the vehicles, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, he shared any and all POSITIVE and/or NEGATIVE experiences. He helped me steer clear of future problems until l drove home last night with a vehicle I'm in love with and know got a virtual stamp of approval from Dave!!!!!! Wow!!! Never have I ever needed something done to my car and just be able to call in, they have what I need, then they see me, give me excellent service, finish the job all in a couple of hours (on NYE) and at an excellent price! Just visiting RI and after calling a few places, I stumbled upon B&L from a local’s recommendation. Did not disappoint. Thankful to these guys for helping me get my car back on the road safely. Would come back to RI just to get my car fixed.

I had a good experience. Purchased 4 new tires and an alignment for a very reasonable price. The tires are warrantied, the only reason I'm not putting that 5 star up there is because I didn't receive the warranty terms and conditions in writing. Otherwise my overall experience was great!

Made my inspections every 2 years there and I have no issues with them. I didnt know they do oil changes and tried them last time and was great, good price and fast. I brought them my f150 to change the arms and axles and they did a great job. Highly recommended
