All family-owned business will go to Great Lengths to make sure that everything is perfect for you. Did all that they promised they would do for me and then some I couldn't give them any higher recommendation! Extremely clean detail oriented.

It was very lucky for me to have stumbled upon B&L RV. I was just driving through Sacramento and decided to take a look. I ended up going home with a Fleetwood Jamboree Class C motorhome. And, I am extremely happy with it. Richard and Peter made the buying experience wonderful. They are so honest and forthright, answered all of my first time rv buyer questions, let me check out several motorhomes/trailers and test drive my favorite one. They also fully prepared, tested and checked the whole RV before I picked it up. Most importantly, they trained me on how to use and operate everything which is really important for a noob RV owner. Keystone cougar 5th wheel was listed on Craigslist as absolutely perfect.. Called about it Anthony gushed over it ( red flag ) and claimed everything worked as it should .looked it over .he hooked a generator up to it and ran the Ac. And gave me a check list from B&L services and swore that the RV had been thoroughly check out.So I purchased it .And mice had completely chewed every water line in the entire RV .and refused a Refund or to fix any and all the problems that was supposed to be perfect. These guys are Rip off artists.that sell junk RV's and liars.. Something bad is going to happen one day

I do not recommend anyone to get their RV repaired at this facility. Jerry, the mechanic he's always having excuses . I called the warranty company to try to stop payment. But I could not do so because he already submitted it For payment even though he did not change no parts he lied to me and the warranty company. I don't trust this guy. I normally don't do reviews, but he does such shabby work I had to. Notify the public of his shabby work Don't trust this guy. I would never bring my RV back to him. Jerry is a liar He told me that he changed my jack motor, He Lied The warranty company gave him $1500 And he done nothing it was free money . The same parts are still there. We had the BEST experience working with the staff at B and L RV. From the owner Ahmad who personally takes your calls and is willing to work with you in all regards to your financial situation, to Richard just a total pro. Walked us through every button, lever, switch on our RV and made sure we were comfortable before we left. Service doesn't stop there though because after a couple of days we were stuck and not once but twice we called and got immediate tech support and help. So happy that we decided to work with a dealer instead of purchasing privately. Picked up a very reasonable price warranty as well that gave us a ton of peace of mind. You won't be sorry!
