Both Bob and Dave were excellent to deal with. I purchased 2 cars a week apart. They allowed me to borrow both cars in order to take them to my mechanic who gave them both excellent reports. It was a real pleasure and great experience doing business with them. I am now contemplating buying another car for my daughter and would NOT hesitate buying it from B&M Auto.

My experience at B & M was fantastic! Bob the manager/owner was friendly, patient, not pushy and was very fair on his price. He sells quality used vehicles with relatively low mileage. He keeps them in immaculate shape. He told me he looks for gently used cars and from what I saw that was absolutely the case. I bought a 2012 CX-9 and it looked like it was brand new inside. The leather was still tight, the mats and carpet looked new. The tires were in great shape. He worked with me on the financing, never trying to push me in any direction but very willing to do what I was comfortable with. Finally, he just a decent guy. Obviously a family guy who as he said is, "just making a living, not a killing!"

Had a great experience here purchasing a well maintained low mileage Hyundai Elantra with a clean Carfax at a very fair price, with minimal add on fees compared to other dealers. No pressure and straightforward transaction. Took the car to our mechanic right after our purchase and it didn't need anything. We arranged our own outside financing because the rates were better than those offered by the dealer with our good credit.

Sergio was the best! He is a great salesman, we handled everything over the phone, he sent a video of the car, we went and picked up the vehicle as well as signing paperwork. So easy! I would recommend anyone to this dealership and ask for Sergio.
