Do not use this business due to Dishonest employees and poor customer service practices. My wife’s SUV had a flat tire, I took it off the vehicle to inspect the cause. I found it had a small sliver of an animal bone with hair that punctured the center of the tire. A simple patch job, I have worked in high volume tire shops and know when I tire should not be patched and needs replaced. My wife was told it was not patchable and she needed to order a new tire. They did not remove the tire off the vehicle or break it down off the rim. Dishonest/Lazy or both. She returned the next day had the new tire installed and her spare was just tossed in the back instead of replaced where it is stored. A common customer service courtesy that is the norm. Where do I start? This place is the best. I almost made the mistake of taking my classic to a "big box" tire store, but they wouldn't even put my car on a lift. A co-worker reminded me of B&M in Freeport and they hooked me up. I was guided through choosing the best tires for my budget and needs, and then scheduled for a 7am appointment. The afternoon before, they even replaced one of my tires after closing so that I could drive the car there for the other 3. 7am appt, gone at 7:37am. Oh, and they work their butt's off. Opening was like a zoo with us needy customers, everyone with their own unique issue. Phones ringing off the hook. Staff/owners handle calls and customers with true care.
