I’ve been trying to get my car fixed for some time, and Dawn management made the whole process easy and stress-free. I was traveling from far away to bring my car in, but she was very friendly, understanding, and gave clear instructions on everything. I dropped my car off Friday evening before closing, and she had already spoken with me beforehand and provided an estimate invoice, so I knew exactly what to expect. She told me the car would sit over the weekend and be worked on starting Monday. To my surprise, my car was ready by Tuesday, and I picked it up Wednesday. Best body shop around! honest owner, high end work, fix new to old, just worked on my Lambo, installed body kit! They repainted my Dually looks Mint and I'm picky!! Highly recommend been working on my cars since the 90's..Always consistent results! I don't give 5 stars to just any place of business... Has to be a great experience from start to finish and more....they deal with insurance companies on your behalf not insurance company as I can tell u my dually was stolen and stripped and recovered.. I ordered new in 2002! Stolen in 2020... they wanted to total it!My dream truck was mint and I wanted to fix and keep it...it was stripped and scratched thats why it needed paint...Pat worked it out for me with insurance company and I was able to keep my truck! Great service and very transparent pricing. I provided my own parts for the job, and they were happy to do the install for a very reasonable labor cost. There was zero drama, no upselling, and the staff was professional throughout the whole process. Definitely a trustworthy shop that I will be using again.

I recently dented my bumper and after getting a referral from a friend, decided to take my car to B&R for a quote. They were friendly, straight forward, priced fair. Everyone there very nice and made this much easier than I expected. It took 2 days and looks amazing.
