B & R Collision Center & Auto Repair

Had a hit and run & came here to get my vehicle fixed. Mainly dealt with Tim and he was absolutely phenomenal!!! He was so honest and upfront about everything. This is by far the best collision center I’ve ever been to. Hopefully I won’t ever have to come back lol. But my vehicle is back to brand new and I am so pleased with the work and service I got. Thank you so much!!

The quality of the work was first-rate, done thoroughly and efficiently in a timely manner. The staff was at all times cordial, helpful, and informative. The car looks brand new (or better). We are extremely pleased, not only with the work but just as importantly, that we found an auto repair shop that is trustworthy and reliable with reasonable prices. Good, odd. They returned my car to perfect condition. It was even a little better than when I gave it to them. The owners/managers were friendly when I called, and very flexible to my needs. My only gripe is that I am suspicious that my car was used in ways unrelated to repairs, and with the caveat that I am a pretty paranoid person, I will mention that a setting on my car was left on that is irrelevant to the repair and which I never turn on, that a personal effect was left behind in my car, and that a layer of painter's tape was left on my gas cap, even though nothing in that area needed replacement or repair. I guess I just wish I had had more communication to me about these things. But believe me when I say the guys were very friendly and accomodating. I cannot speak to whether I tho
