B&S hacienda Collision repair is always cordial respective and considerate of what’s going on with your situation. They Handled getting my estimate to me for my vehicle promptly. Unfortunately, a second estimate was needed once they found out there was structural damage. I appreciated their quick response to all my questions regarding the vehicle’s condition. I have used them in the past for another vehicle, which is the reason I came back with my second vehicle to have them repair it. Unfortunately, per the insurance company, it was not Salvageable. But I highly recommend their work and I will definitely come back in the future. Should I ever need their assistance repairing another vehicle. The staff here is extremely professional, and I appreciate that.

This was my first visit with B&S Auto body shop and I’m very very impressed with the prompt and quality service. Most importantly, I was so worried about picking my car up as they close at 5 and I leave work at 5. Let me tell you guys the Manager himself said not to worry he’ll wait for me at the shop and he waited. As a nurse I was unable to leave work early when I got the text that my car was ready. That meant the world to me, I’ll recommend B&S Hacienda Auto Body in a heartbeat and I was able to leave the rental car there as well!! Lastly the rear bumper of my Mazerati looks brand new. Brought in my 2013 Tesla model S for some extensive and difficult front spoiler repair. Brad the estimator was super competent and I received the quote less than an hour later, via text which was cool. I had a follow up question which I sent to him on email and he responded right away. I paid a deposit upfront, via an easy to use link that supported Apple Pay, and they ordered the parts. They reached out again via text as soon as the parts arrived, and I was able to schedule the repair for the next day. Highly recommended!

From start to finish this body shop treats you at the highest customer service levels. Friendly reminders and continuous updates on the status of their work towards the completion of the repairs.
