B & S Repair Shop

These people are the worse ever. They take advantage of elderly women. Copies of receipt were sent to me and I forwarded it to a real professional auto shop. They BS my mom about things leaking and been rotten. We I asked for proof of picture, they sent me pictures of a website and not the piece that was taken from my mom car. They have no way of proven what supposedly they fix and she was charge $500. This is not the first time they take advantage of my mom, but this was the lady time. These are corrupted people. Don't bring your car there unless you go with someone who knows about mechanic. And make sure you take pictures and always compare prices. My rating for this place is ZERO.

I've had experiences before with mechanics who bypass me while they tend to other male customers even though I was there way before them. Pero aquí, they greet you, and ask "How can I help you?" That's a simple business courtesy that people are missing. I'm glad I was referred to them. I told my neighbors and the teachers at my school, they're awesome!!!!!

TRYED to charge me 1500 . Told me my computer was bad when all I needed was the water pump replaced. Went up the block and got it done for 500 part and labor.

Had them change an alternator, and afterwards car was squealing like the belts needed to be tightened or changed. Went back to have them check it out and they said it was fine, to spray some belt conditioner and wait. Still squealing, and went to another shop, who told me that the previous shop (B & S) had stripped a bolt so that the alternator was loose, hence the squealing and inconsistent voltage (I have a voltage monitor in the car). Sorry, you just lost a customer.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! They lied to me twice by telling me I bought the wrong part. They wanted me to buy the parts through them so they could make more money out of me. They had my car on the lift for two days and didn’t bother to call me to tell the the part was wrong. I got my brakes changed and THEY TOOK TWO DAYS. SCAMMMM ALERTTTTTT!!!!
