B Street Collision of Downtown Omaha

Nobody likes to have repairs after a car accident but B Street made the whole process painless. They got my car in for an estimate and repairs in a timely manner. They were helpful and kept in communication throughout the process. They were on top of things with my insurance company. I was also able to get picked up by the rental car company at this location and was able to drop the rental car off there when my car was done which was great! My car is repaired and looks and runs great! They even got the repairs done a week earlier than estimated. Highly recommend B Street!

They provided the most complete customer service I’ve ever encountered in 40 years. They contacted me prior to bringing my car in to have accident damage repaired. They kept me apprised of the time frame for getting the repairs done and made those according to how often I wanted updates. I would highly recommend B Street Collision to anyone looking for repairs done.

they have a wonderful custom service. the guy that was helping me did fantastic answering all my questions i had. they also did great at keeping me updated on where my car was at in the process. i would 100% recommend this place for anything you need done! by far my favorite

We’ve taken 2 cars in to B Street Downtown Omaha for hail damage repairs. I have nothing but good things to say. They were kind, communicative, and I was kept up to date at every stage. I just got my truck back and she looks gorgeous!
