I have had horrible experiences with mechanics in the past but I had high hopes that this would be different. Unfortunately, it was not. I have a BMW that had electrical issues. After a $95 diagnostic I was told the battery needed to be replaced. After $445 to replace the battery, we picked up the car just to have the exact same electrical malfunction alert. Now, they decide it's the alternator so we leave it overnight. Then they call to pick it up the next day and tell us it's $280! My husband is upset that they never called with an estimate. I have a warranty on the car and that type of repair should be covered at 100% so having an our of pocket cost should be something they called for approval. This guy had the nerve to tell my husband that if we have a problem with $280 repair then a B

I have been using these guys for a few years now. They are knowledgable and fair. Specializing in anything German and capable of fixing anything else, these guys will be the least expensive and best quality work you will find. They are personal and will work with your schedule to make sure you get what you need done. I cannot stress it enough, get your quotes on any German make then bring it to these guys, it will get done cheaper and be a better over all job. Side note: they can also get tires cheaper then your favorite tire store.
