Took my car in for a scheduled tire rotation at 9. At 3 they called and told me that they didn't have a lug key for my car.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Labor is affordable, can bring in your own parts, and the mechanic is competent and doesn't try to pull fast and shady stuff like most shops do.

Had a heater core replaced and it was a very involved job and done in a timely manner with updates as it was being done. Was completely satisfied when I picked up my car. Heater worked great. Having checked around other garages that do this type of work the cost was very reasonable.

Dropped off a new tractor tire plus the old wheel and tire for nothing but mounting. This was a Friday afternoon around 1:00 p.m.. ask the owner if it would be done today. He said he didn't know. Called him back around 4:00 p.m. he said he still doesn't know and he only works in the office. That was the owner and I don't care if he is just working in the office. If you can't do a job, just tell somebody you can't do the job. There's no reason to screw around with waste their time. I would not recommend this place. I will not go back to this place. There are better places.

This place is great! I had a problem with my power steering on my car. I had taken it to another place to get it fixed. They tried three times to fix it and each time it went out after a couple of weeks. I took it to B&W and they fixed it the first time and knew exactly what the other place had done to mess it up. Not only that, they charged a $100 less! Every time I have had to take my car in for something they get it fixed.
