B & Z Auto Repair, LLC

Had gone to B&Z for years and has always been great priced and reliable. If you need a service done well timed and great, this is always a great place to do so.

The first time I took here the service was great. The second time, not so much. My vehicle sat for two months and was not made a priority. Worst part was I couldn't get anyone on phone and when I did I was given the run around about when they would start on vehicle. They were overbooking work and I finally had to pickup vehicle with work not completed. I will not be taking my vehicle there again or referring them to anyone.

I have gone to B&Z many times over the last few years and it occured to me I'd never left a review. Brian always gives fair pricing and does great work. Even living in Toledo now I'm tentative to go anywhere other than B&Z. He's a great guy with great pricing that does great work. I never recommend anyone other than B&Z whenever anyone needs any work done on their car, easily the best shop I've been to. I could not possibly recommend this shop more. I appreciate everything you guys do

B & Z Auto is great. The staff is very honest and they do amazing work. They work with you on finding the right parts or let you find them yourselves. While they are definitely very busy, they seem to always be able to work someone in within a few days.
