B&A Auto Repair Smog Check

$150 Rip off. This was the worst and most expensive station I have ever been to. Almost like they didn't know what they were doing. Never have I ever seen it take two techs to do a smog. Don't waste your time. Take your vehicle to Quick Smog

I called the shop on a Saturday to check if it was open, and the response I received was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I simply wanted to confirm before making the trip, but the way I was spoken to left a very negative impression. Customer service matters, even over the phone.

I have Volkswagen and there was oil leaking. I went to get it fix at this place. I have a very bad experience. They wasted my 3 days and still they didn't get fix my cars issue and plus on top that I have more issues in my car since I got it back from them. Those issues were not there before. When I went there 2nd to tell them the issue that they didn't fix and that guy behaved very rudely with me and denied to do the service. They are very unprofessional

Took my car there yesterday for brakes and picked my car up with a broken key fob and i can’t get a hold of anyone now

I have been going to B&A auto repair for years. I trust them they do a great job for a reasonable price.
