Brought my van in for service. The owner was very kind and spent time informing me about the maintenance to my vehicle. Also the price was very reasonable.

I can’t express how much I appreciate honest people. My vehicle came in for an alternator test / diagnostic. I couldn’t find anyone locally that works on Mercedes. Bob (the owner) said bring it in and wow did he impress me. He had the problem figured out quick and thank god they do a complimentary overall inspection. He invites me out to the shop to look at my tires that he had a safety concern about. I was kind of shocked just how bad these tires were on the inside. I would have been screwed. BA was able to work with me on a new set of tires, staying right on budget with me, and they got the tires the next day! Now I’m all taken care of and have a new set of shoes on my beloved car. I’m so grateful for these guys and it’s refreshing to not worry about being up sold and not pushed

I trusted the Google reviews to choose this shop and I am exceptionally impressed. I hate to take my vehicle to dealerships for service because they over charge and treat you like a number and not a customer. BA Service is a full service shop, you don't have to deal with telling one person info about the service you would like and hope it gets relayed to the person who is really doing the work. Scheduling service over phone or email was very easy and options to pay online or in person was easy. I will 100% be bring my vehicles here for any scheduled service needed in the future.

My Jeep needed valve cover gaskets, transmission pan gasket and water pump replacement. Took it in for an estimate and was treated very professionally. After an initial inspection I received a quote by email with details. Work was done, everything is great, price matched the quote. I have found my go to repair shop! Thank you for a great experience. I’ll be back.

Blew a tire out the tire on the way to work and was able to get to a gas station to see what the problem was and to my surprise it was beyond my repair. I walked over to BA Service and met Bob the owner. This guy is amazing, he fixed my tire and gave me a ride back to my car at the gas station. Thank you for the help BOB YOU ROCK!
