Quick response; friendly, professional service. Really appreciate it after breaking down out of nowhere! Highly recommend.
We had quick service and because we had a tow driver that was closer our wait time was barely 20 min. Our tow driver was also quite knowledgeable and although he couldn't assist with the problem we could tell if he saw something he'd recommend a fix. He towed our truck 78 miles to our garage with no problem. Based on our experience we'd 100% recommend them!
Baby Al's Towing is Professional, Courteous, and Reliable. Christian was dedicated to above and beyond Customer Service and kept in constant contact with me from dispatch til arrival. Accessed any potential issues prior to placing it on the flatbed and ensured that it was properly secured prior to transport. Hopefully AAA will utilize them in the future if I, or my family, ever need their services again. Definitely give them an AAA+ rating.
Needed to get my vehicle 65 miles away in a hurry. Called at 8 am. Guy who answered the phone was very helpful and gave an accurate appraisal of the tow service. They had someone at my house by noon and car delivered on time. 10/10 would recommend
