Bachman Collision Center

Just dropped in at Bachman Collision Center without an appointment (i.e., was at Bachman Service Center Close bye) to get an estimate on additional repairs needed. The front desk receptionist was very nice (actually, both receptionists were great) and made sure Tim Ernst assisted me relatively quickly (i.e., even though they usually go by appointments only). Their customer service skills are excellent, and I felt well taken care of. I am sure the repairs will be just as thorough once parts are delivered. Bachman has been a great car dealership all around. This was my first experience dealing with employees at the collision center and I give it a 5 out of 5. Thank you

Big thanks to Tyler, and the entire staff at The Bachmann Collision Center, for re-creating my brand new 2026 Corvette Stingray. The change from the original Sebring Orange body color spoiler, to a carbon flash spoiler color is awesome , it created a different look for this corvette, I couldn't be more pleased with your excellent craftsmanship !

*Update to original review* As stated before, the customer service was great. Everyone from the young ladies at the front to the representative who was in contact with me during the entire process. After the initial review, I was reached out to by the shop, which was appreciated and does further make my point about the customer service here. They offered to bring the car in to clean and detail it for me, which is appreciated. That's one less thing I have to take care of at home. I would recommend Bachman Collision Center for anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Staff was friendly, professional, and returned calls in a reasonable time. They were also able to provide updates on the status of my Jeep throughout the process, and the representative was knowledgeable and able to answe

Excellent, timely service. After four weeks of owning a new to me car from Bachman the front bumper began showing an issue. Taylor from the Collision Center kindly and patiently handled my situation. Everyone I was in contact with at the Center was professional in explaining their process. The Center even took care of the return my rental car.
