I had the pleasure to have Prosper Rubino as a salesman today...didn't start off well which wasn't his fault at all but got me in what I believe will be a very reliable car. Definitely above and beyond when he probably had enough of me within the 1st hour. I would also like to add that we started ar the Cherryvale location and multiple staff saw me walk in and glanced and continued talking between themselves without saying one word to me and believe i even spoke to the woman who was holding plates of food and she said nothing. Big shout out to Heather at the State Street location...you rock

I just bought a 2014 Ram 1500 from this place 2 days ago. The test drive went great, smooth ride, no error codes and everything looked in order. I was told I would be able to buy third party warranty from them. When it was time to sign papers, the finance manger told me they did not offer third party warranty for this vehicle. After sealing the deal and driving home with the truck I started getting an error code “immediately service air suspension”. I called this place back and explained to them my issue. I asked if I would be liable for charges or if there was some sort of grace period. They told me that since it had only been 2 days and the vehicle should have a 30 day warranty that I would not be liable. I brought my vehicle in the same day and was told that they would not cover the veh
