Highly recommend! We were traveling through on the way to Milwaukee and discovered an issue with a "dealership" mounted tire going flat. He dropped what she was working on to help get us back on the road quickly. Even discovered an issue with the bearing that could have caused a serious accident and fixed it for us immediately. Great rates and great service!

i took my bike here as soon as i bought it and they got it all dialed in and just recently took it to them for lifter problems and they helped pick out new exhaust, cams, and sent it to be tuned. always quality work and very professional people. they have earned my respect and business for as long as i have a motorcycle. Update: today i bought a motorcycle off of Jason from BRC and the process was unbelievable fast and easy. The previous statement still stands, he will have my business for as long as i own a motorcycle.

I honestly can’t express my gratitude for this shop and the owner! My Harley broke down on 65 about 40 mins away from Back Road Customs.I called and explained how my bikes rear pulley decided to completely shear every bolt and leave me stranded. Not only did the owner drop everything he was doing, he borrowed a truck and hooked up his trailer (his truck was down) and rescued me from 65 during Memorial Day weekend! He then proceeded to call every local Harley within 400 miles to source me parts. He is the only reason I made it to Ohio to spend Memorial Day with my brothers. The only down side of this shop is that it’s 3 hours away from my house. If you want good quality honest service do yourself a favor and reach out!
