Baglier Buick GMC Service

Baglier Buick performed the 1st Service on my new Envision and everything went perfect! I am very satisfied with the whole process from scheduling the appointment, the quality of the work and the time it took while I waited. The Service included a state inspection & tire rotation and I'm very happy to say there's no damage to my wheels or lug nuts. From the ladies at the check in and out and service center are the best! Joe the service guy went above and beyond for me, I thought my lumbar was broken, but it really wasn’t , He double checked everything for me, I was so embarrassed when I found out nothing was wrong and Colleen made me feel Comfortable as she usually does love that girl!

They were able to diagnose and repair my tailgate release button. Worked with my warranty company and gave me upfront pricing when it wasn’t a covered item. Repaired the tailgate quickly and get me on my way.
