Excellent experience I had yesterday here with both David & Brandie at this repair shop. Unloaded my camper and looked down and saw check engine light was on. Called a few places and even dropped by one shop and got the cold shoulder from the gentleman at the desk and told they don't touch diesels even to put scanner on it. Went back to campground and checked my computer and best I could get done was possibly get looked at in a week. Tried one more number which was Baileys and David was very cordial on phone and said to bring it over and he would put his scanner on it..this was 1 o'clock. by 4:40 he had it fixed and back on the road with a new map sensor and gas cap vent tube hooked back up to top of gas tank ( with the help of Brandie) Price was fair even had to send one tube back cause t

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I brought my car in just to have it looked at and was later told there would be a $279 diagnosis fee, which was never clearly explained or approved upfront. I was also quoted extremely high prices for repairs, including parts that were marked up far beyond normal market cost. When I asked questions, I felt pressured rather than informed. Transparency and communication were lacking, and the pricing felt excessive for the work being done. I understand paying for quality work, but unexpected fees and inflated pricing without clear authorization is not acceptable. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

Honesty and transparency goes a long way. Beyond "above and beyond"! Had a very difficult time with getting this car fixed and he made it happen. Saved us a lot of money on unnecessary add-ons that every other garage was asking for. You really can't go wrong with him. My wife just got out of major back surgery and we were able to get her taken care of all because of his excellent service! Baileys automotive is 5 times 5 stars! Communication with David is top notch. He helped get my motorcycle back in the road. I had issues finding a part and needing someone to put it on. He got right on it. Ordered the part and let me know the status of it along the way. He even came out to my house to put it on for me. He didn’t have to do that but he did and got it up and going for me. It’s a custom trike and he handled it with care and got it purring again. Honest fair and all around Great place to do business with. It’s great to see honest people doing right by people and not trying to take advantage of them.
