Customer Reviews
Very nice and courteous lady that helped me rent a Uhaul truck. First class, very quick and professional! Will use again! Yes sa
I contacted Mr. Bumper and he was a major help with my AC/Heat not working. He squeezed me in on a Friday and did everything he could to make sure I had some kind of heat working. He explained every step and all the possibilities of what could be causing the problem. He eliminated one option at a time. Very nice and very patient, but also straight to the point.
We are given a combination number for a U-Haul truck padlock. It does not work. There is no emergency number and no way to get assistance. The system and the message posted doesn’t work.
This place sucks. We reserved a uhaul truck for the Saturday before Easter. Showed up and it's closed. But that doesn't even matter because there are no trucks the size we needed and that they said they had. We need to move TODAY which is why we reserved the truck and now we're scrounging with friends to see who has pickup trucks and trailers to help. This SUCKS! Let's hope it doesn't rain!
Had my vehicle inspected elsewhere and took to these guys already knowing I had a bad 02 sensor that needed replacing. Car sat out all afternoon until I called to check on it only to find out they hadn’t even touched the car (said they couldn’t find the key - but they never called me). They called me an hour later to tell me the part was going to be $200 and then another $200 after that (never specified but I assume labor). I felt that may be on the high side so I told them I’d go get the car. Then after I declined for them to do the work I heard a man in background yelling that it’s still going to be $100 and I owe them $100 regardless. Guess I’ll bite the bullet on that one, learn from this mistake and move on. I definitely don’t recommend this place.
