Claimed to be unable and unwilling to pull a car literally a couple of feet. If they can only work with completely dry asphalt on a bright sunny day they may be in the wrong business. Called a new guy from Bryant this morning. The road conditions last night were far better last night than today due to more traffic, and it didn't take 15 min to get me on the road. The guy who came out today was great. He used technical thinking skills and pulled up in front of me to use a cable to pull me 3 or 4 feet. The local wrecker may be a 2wd according to the guy from this company but it should have plenty of horse power and tires for any terrain. They might need more training. Customer Service very rude said she didn’t have and wouldn’t send anyone to tow my vehicle. Asked me to keep calling and there was never a tow truck available. She kept hanging up in my face. I’ve never had any problems before getting a tow truck, like c’mon now. However Malvern Tow and Recovery jumped in with no problems told me and I got it towed, without all the extra nonsense.

Bailey’s was quick and professional. They came when they said they would! Two other services didn’t… The owner even brought us a couple of cold bottled waters, and sat us in the air conditioned cab while he loaded the auto, it was a 100 degrees out. He even offered to drop us at our rental place! Above and beyond is what you get when dealing with Bailey’s towing and recovery!

They towed my motorcycle to their facility. It wasn't broken down, it wasn't wrecked? It was parked on the side of the interstate. Then I had to pay fees for them. Removing my vehicle illegally, there was no sticker is ever placed on my motorcycle within less than 12 hours. It was towed away and They expected me to pay for the toe like I had any responsibility in their actions. There was a simple electronic malfunction on the bike that made it not work but less than 12 hours. I couldn't even go pick my bike back up without going through all the I feel like somebody that works here must have a buddy that works in the state police department or the highway patrol

Awesome people! Very nice down to earth. Help me out of a jam. Highly recommend them for your towing and recovery, It took very good care of the vehicle. Locked up in a nice yard. Fenced in security. Great people all around...
